SRAMOTA: EL KAZNILA ZVEZDU – BEZ PUBLIKE PROTIV KUČE LABORAL i 50k EVRA

Završena je istraga disciplinskih organa Evrolige povodom incidenata koje su prethodili utakmici 6. kola između Galatasaraja i Crvene zvezde kada je život izgubio navijač crveno-belih Marko Ivković.

Ekipa Galatasaraja je kažnjena sa tri utakmice bez prisustva publike na domaćem terenu u evropskim takmičenjima i sa 100 hiljada evra, zbog incidenata koji su izazvali njihovi navijači i što nisu preduzeli potrebne mere da se incidenti izbegnu.

Crvena zvezda je kažnjena sa jednom utkmicom bez prisustva navijača (naredno domaćinstvo je 19. decembra protiv Kuče Laboral) i 50 hiljada evra iz istih razloga. Oba kluba imaju pravo na žalbu u roku od 10 dana.

Sreća u nesreći je da su crveno-beli već obezbedili top 16 fazu Evrolige kao i da se termin utakmice poklapa sa Nikoljdanom, slavom koju “polovina Srbije slavi, a druga ide u goste”, pa se i nije očekivala naročita poseta. Ipak ni finansijski deo kazne svakako nije za zanemarivanje jer je opšte poznato u koliko teškim uslovima posluje klub.

U svakom slučaju radi se o veoma kontroverznoj odluci imajući u vidu da je uprava Crvene zvezde onog trenutka kada je saznala da su navijači organizovano krenuli put Istanbula, učinila sve čto je bilo u njenoj moći obaveštavajući o tome tursku policiju posredstvom srpske ambasade.

Euroleague Basketball has announced disciplinary sanctions pertaining to incidents that occurred in Round 6 of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Regular Season. The sanctions are based on infractions of the competition by-laws that all teams are aware of and obliged to fulfill. The following sanctions were handed down for Regular Season Round 6:

– Euroleague Basketball’s independent disciplinary judge has sanctioned Galatasaray Liv Hospital Istanbul with its next three (3) home games (within the Euroleague / Eurocup competitions) to be played behind closed doors in addition to a fine of 100,000 Euros for the incidents generated by its fans and the failure to adopt measures to avoid disturbances, on occasion of its home game against Crvena Zvezda Telekom Belgrade, under Article 29.1, paragraph (e) and (g) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code. The decision may be appealed before the Appeal Panel in a time of 10 calendar days following the notification of the ruling.

-Euroleague Basketball’s independent disciplinary judge has sanctioned Crvena Zvezda Telekom Belgrade with its next home game (within the Euroleague / Eurocup competitions) to be played behind closed doors in addition to a fine of 50,000 Euros for the incidents generated by its fans and the failure to adopt measures to avoid disturbances, on occasion of its away game against Galatasaray Liv Hospital Istanbul, under Article 29.1, paragraph (e) and (g) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code. The decision may be appealed before the Appeal Panel in a time of 10 calendar days following the notification of the ruling.
